Design Decisions
The design focuses on creating a refined, magazine-style experience that feels both modern and luxurious. I selected elegant serif typography to echo the sophistication of high-end editorial while maintaining a visual appeal. A palette of soft, muted tones, paired with gentle, natural lighting, enhances a calm, polished atmosphere throughout. The layout is clean and structured, with ample white space to support readability and visual harmony. Close-up imagery of the cat is used on the cover key pages to create a sense of intimacy, drawing the viewer in and establishing an emotional, aspirational connection with the product.

I focused on developing a refined brand identity that aligns with a luxury pet lifestyle audience, blending elegance with warmth. It also demonstrates my ability to balance aesthetic with functional, ensuring the magazine remains visually engaging while maintaining clear structure and readability for an effortless viewing experience.
